CoolSys is hiring a Service Tech 3 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients. You will guide junior technicians and ensure safe, reliable operation while working across multiple projects.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in HVAC/refrigeration, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, vacation, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices.
• Test malfunctioning systems using electrical and mechanical skills.
• Provide preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain legible corporate and personal records of work history.
• Assist with startups of new installations and minor construction projects.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
