Performance Foodservice is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Manager to own the safe, reliable operation of all refrigeration and HVAC systems in our Minnesota facility. You will lead the refrigeration and maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, and manage contractors and capital projects, while acting as the site’s technical authority and emergency lead.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, forecasts, percentages, and volumes.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.
• Work in freezers, hot mechanical rooms, docks and rooftops; wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
