Job summary

HelloFresh in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Refrigeration Program Manager to lead the refrigeration program, develop preventive maintenance plans, and drive KPIs across the network. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, vendors, and engineering to improve HVAC/refrigeration efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities include creating trainings, reviewing vendor SLAs, and mentoring technicians while ensuring regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA) and GMP standards. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with large commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Advanced understanding of rack system refrigeration and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, food safety, and security standards.
• Develop and deliver technician training classes and manufacturer-led courses.
• Review vendor quotes, SLAs, and planned maintenance agreements.
• Implement multi-facility planned maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration.
• Travel to locations to train MRE technicians.
• Mentor maintenance personnel in refrigeration tech and base building systems.
• Oversee building projects and audit vendor performance.
