Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a technically skilled project leader to guide engineering teams on complex projects in the United States. You will work under minimal supervision, coordinating with clients and internal PMs to ensure design integrity, schedule adherence, and budget discipline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering and project management, PE and PMP preferred, with strong communication, mentoring, and presentation abilities to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration and PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with Project Management Team on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets, schedule, and scope changes; weekly/monthly reporting of engineering status.
• Lead multi-discipline deliverables and ensure timely completion of key drawings and documents.
• Ensure overall quality control of engineering work.
