Job summary

Hargrove EPC in Philadelphia seeks an experienced project engineering leader responsible for technical leadership of complex projects and supporting the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with client design issues, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of multi-discipline deliverables while maintaining quality.

Requires 5+ years in engineering and PM, PE or PMP preferred; strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE registration and PMP preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inform PM of all technical issues, decisions, and problems.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Controls on execution.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedules; document scope changes.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues.
• Maintain overall quality control of engineering work.
