Job summary

ITW S.R.L. in Houston seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and secure new opportunities, promoting ITW Technologies and Services in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector, with focus on Petrochemical and Refining markets.

Deep knowledge of refinery/petrochemical operations is required. You will build relationships across customer organizations, respond to RFPs, lead field surveys, and develop technical-commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent process experience.
• 15+ years of technical services sales experience in Petrochemical/Refining.
• Deep knowledge of refining and petrochemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or beat annual sales targets and develop new opportunities.
• Market and sell ITW technologies and services in Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Understand plant operations and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
• Develop field surveys to gather data for proposals and jobs.
• Build strong relationships across customer organizations.
• Respond to RFPs and ensure profitable, recurring business.
