Job summary

Refined Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Rizon program in Corpus Christi to oversee a semi-dedicated client and ensure safe, effective, and economical use of treatment chemicals and equipment in refineries and terminals.

The role involves leading field service teams, coordinating with supply chain, developing client relationships across maintenance, operations, and engineering, and delivering quarterly reviews with KPI and safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years process engineering or operations in a refinery or chemical plant.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with refinery/chemical plant operations.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Familiarity with RTI technologies.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable meeting with client leadership.
• Perform field service and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical programs to maximize safety, reliability, and profitability for customers.
• Implement performance management tools, set targets, monitor contingency plans.
• Conduct routine service visits and lab/field testing per contract; generate reports.
• Assist with technical issues and drive product/process improvements.
• Oversee Account Representatives and Service Technicians.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on chemical orders and on-site inventory.
• Build relationships with clients’ maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnaround teams.
• Utilize Rizon App, iView, and other tools to train refining companies.
• Host quarterly business review meetings with stakeholders to discuss safety, value-added projects, KPIs, and financials.
• Generate data analysis on program performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality of Rizon-owned equipment.
• Coordinate with Regional Business Director on chemistry, service needs, and presentations.
