Job summary

Refined Technologies, a global industrial solutions provider, leads shutdown cleaning and processing in refineries and upstream facilities. The role oversees diverse teams and independently develops MOC-level plans, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with RTI strategies and client expectations.

You will train client personnel, enforce RTI Roadmap practices, and communicate results across client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years refinery, upgrader, gas plant or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years independently planning projects.
• 2 years diagnosing and solving complex refinery operational issues.
• Ability to clearly communicate plans to plant personnel at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during implementation of cleaning/clearings in refineries.
• Creates and implements MOC-level clearing/cleaning plans using computerized documents.
• Follows RTI’s Roadmap for project planning and execution.
• Trains client personnel on cleaning/clearing strategies and mentors peers.
• Ensures safety and compliance with client site requirements and RTI Core Behaviors.
• Builds relationships with client staff at multiple levels and controls costs.
