This Future Talent Pipeline role targets individuals who will help ensure critical refinery assets operate safely and efficiently, with opportunities to work on complex systems and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualified candidates should have a engineering degree and several years in reliability or mechanical maintenance, with travel and extended-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in reliability, rotating equipment, fixed equipment, mechanical maintenance, or similar engineering role.
• Willing to travel up to 5%, operate company vehicle on site premises up to 15%, and work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise to support and enhance the reliability of refinery equipment.
• Lead design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems complying with standards.
• Assess equipment criticality and develop asset strategies to improve reliability and performance.
• Monitor reliability indicators, analyze data, and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
• Communicate reliability concerns across teams and support improvement initiatives.
• Provide cost estimates and oversee reliability projects from conception to commissioning.
• Support turnaround activities and manage change processes as needed.
