Phillips 66 is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Integrity to tackle complex problems across refining, midstream, and renewables. You will lead troubleshooting, design experiments, and translate results into practical actions that improve reliability and performance of assets.

You will mentor others and influence improvements in corrosion, fouling, and process control. You will apply AI-driven analysis, advanced materials knowledge, and rigorous data interpretation to drive decisive site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical science or engineering field required.
• 6+ years of applied technical troubleshooting experience in refining or petrochemical settings.
• 3+ years in refinery/petrochemical process chemistry, materials, corrosion or failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply lab and field testing to real problems and translate results into recommendations.
• Lead planning and execution of troubleshooting projects across multiple sites.
• Analyze data from diverse sources to identify root causes and business impact.
• Apply advanced diagnostic methods, modeling, and AI tools to investigate problems.
• Improve procedures, develop new diagnostic capabilities, and share knowledge across teams.
• Provide expert technical advice on corrosion, fouling, and product quality issues.
