• Develop project scopes with operations and engineering disciplines.
• Ensure design adequacy with technical authority approval for specs and drawings.
• Oversee on-site engineering disciplines and contractors during execution.
• Coordinate with procurement on strategy and with environmental for permitting.
• Support project controls in cost estimation and scheduling; ensure accurate forecasting.
