• Analyze benchmarking results and perform data analyses to drive refinery improvements.
• Develop competitive intelligence materials for cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps and drive gap closure to capture improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate annual refinery business plan forecast and operationalize for Finance.
• Develop performance narratives and monitor KPIs against plan.
• Lead margin analyses and communicate actionable insights to executives.
• Conduct ad-hoc margin analyses and deep dives to test hypotheses.
