Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s services in an active refinery environment in Deer Park, Texas. You will lead field execution and act as the primary technical authority for safe, compliant plant work.

The role requires 7–13 years in refinery/chemical settings, deep safety knowledge (OSHA, API), and the ability to read P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment drawings. Engineering degree and PMP preferred; on-site, senior leadership, and rigorous quality standards are expected.

Qualifications

• 7–13 years in refinery/chemical/petrochemical environments.
• Experience performing site walkthroughs.
• Strong knowledge of refinery safety requirements (OSHA, API) and permit systems.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, piping isometrics, and equipment drawings.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a strong on-site field presence as the primary technical authority for safe, compliant execution.
• Lead day-to-day field execution of engineering projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Interface with customer representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment.
