Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years in electrical engineering within petrochemical environments is preferred.
Experience reviewing contractor deliverables and electrical designs.

Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Authority for electrical systems across the project portfolio.
Ensure compliance with PEMEX Deer Park standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Provide technical direction to contractors and vendors; oversee design, testing, and commissioning.
Lead safety, risk management, and incident investigations; promote safe work practices.
Support development of turnover documentation, FAT/SAT, and project close-out.
