DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Red Team Penetration Tester IV to join our elite cybersecurity team in Dahlgren, VA. The role requires hands-on offensive security expertise and a proven track record in red team operations.

Active TS/SCI clearance or higher is required. The candidate will simulate real-world cyber threats, develop custom tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve security posture across mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of full-time professional experience in penetration testing or offensive cyber operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration tests and emulate adversary TTPs.
• Develop and utilize tools/frameworks (Metasploit, NMAP, Kali, Cobalt Strike).
• Mimic threat behavior and run realistic red team scenarios to test defenses.
• Exploit vulnerabilities across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Perform Active Directory enumeration and exploitation.
• Script and develop exploits in multiple languages to support operations.
• Collaborate with blue teams and stakeholders to communicate findings and mitigation strategies.
