Job summary

Capstone Hill Search seeks a Senior Consultant to grow a focused Financial Services & Corporate Communications practice in the US. This is a US remote role with East Coast or Central time zones preferred.

You will own a genuine 360/full-desk desk, originate business, develop client relationships and deliver senior-level searches alongside the US President. You’ll benefit from an established infrastructure, mentorship and significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' agency recruitment experience in a genuine 360/full-desk capacity.
• Proven business development skills, including originating and managing your own clients.
• Experience delivering recruitment assignments from briefing through to placement.
• Ideally, experience recruiting within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds or related professional services.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially ambitious and motivated by building a successful business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a genuine 360 recruitment desk, delivering senior-level searches from briefing to placement.
• Originate and manage your own clients, developing new business.
• Partner with the US President to grow an established financial services practice and deliver high-value searches.
