Progress Residential in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Recruiting Sourcer to build pipelines and present top candidates to the recruiting team. The role requires agility to adapt to changing business needs and a strategic approach to sourcing for roles up to the executive level.

You will use technology and innovative strategies to sourcing, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Formación

• 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or work experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruiting-related applications.
• Experience in Social Media tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with gathering market intelligence and storytelling with data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sourcing process for a variety of requisitions up to executive level, including setting sourcing strategy and campaigns.
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates by providing excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Provide thorough communication and updates to key stakeholders throughout the process.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and contribute to team advancement.
• Maintain meticulous data via the Applicant Tracking System.
• Source candidates from networks, databases, referrals, and passive candidates.
• Use a metric-driven approach to track pipelines and report on progress.
• Participate in organizing recruitment events to attract top talent.
