Gusto, Inc. seeks a strategic Lead, Recruiting Process Transformation to evolve the recruiting ecosystem from requisition to onboarding handoff.

You will drive multi-year strategy, analyze end-to-end workflows, and redesign processes with Lean, service design, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience. You will partner with People Tech to implement AI-native tools like InviteOS and Greenhouse integrations, build business cases, and report on KPIs across Recruiting Operations

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading managers and operational teams.
• Experience implementing recruiting tech or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale process transformation initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead transformation of core recruiting workflows, requisition management, and interview/offer processing.
• Own operational standards, governance, and KPI dashboards across Recruiting operations.
• Partner with People Tech to deploy AI-native platforms and workflow solutions.
• Improve candidate experience metrics and time-to-fill through process improvements.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Recruiting leadership, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal.
