Gusto is hiring a Staff Design Recruiter to build specialized, AI-enabled search processes across Product Design, Design Systems, Content Design, UX Research, and more. You will lead end-to-end recruiting with senior leaders, shaping search strategy, market analysis, and candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, Executive Ops, and Finance to move hires quickly while maintaining a human-centered, high-touch approach and applying AI judiciously for top-of-funnel

• Recruit end to end from pre-search strategy to offer acceptance.
• Run tailored outbound and build bar-raiser pipelines from the start.
• Map the market and make data-backed recommendations for level, location, and comp.
• Guide candidates through a high-touch, respectful experience at all stages.
