Gusto seeks a strategic, execution-minded Lead of Recruiting Process Transformation to elevate our recruiting ecosystem. You will design multi-year strategies, streamline requisitions through onboarding handoff, and create scalable experiences for candidates, hiring teams, and partners.

You'll partner with People Tech, Legal, and Recruiting leadership to deploy Lean, automation, and AI-enabled tooling (InviteOS, Greenhouse) while building ROI dashboards and clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale process transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, candidate experience, or similar service organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting automation and candidate support technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation strategy for Recruiting Operations and Candidate Experience.
• Redesign end-to-end hiring workflows from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Drive technology-enabled improvements and automation across Greenhouse, sourcing, and scheduling tools.
• Build KPI dashboards and governance to monitor efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
