• Proven ability to drive candidate experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting operations transformation roadmap.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives across the hiring journey.
• Partner with People Tech to implement tech solutions.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for time-to-fill and quality of hire.
