You will own recruiting operations across engineering, AI, data, product, design, and commercial roles, guide processes, records, and reporting, and bring senior judgment to sensitive candidate information. This on-site, full-time role requires strong organization, discretion, and analytical

Qualifications

• Senior level: at least 6 years of relevant recruiting operations, program management, or people operations experience.
• Prior professional experience working at an AI-forward company is required.
• Experience recruiting technical and product professionals and partnering with hiring managers.
• Ability to assess evidence of hands-on AI and software work rather than relying on terminology alone.
• Strong organization, discretion, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, structured assessments, and consistent candidate processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate hiring needs into role profiles, structured interviews, and practical assessment criteria.
• Recruit across engineering, AI and data, product, design, delivery, and commercial roles.
• Coordinate candidate communications, scheduling, interview feedback, and onboarding preparation.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, appropriate access controls, and clear handling of candidate information.
• Use hiring funnel data and feedback to improve sourcing, decision speed, and assessment quality.
• Support on-site hiring and workforce planning for the Burlingame team.
