Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR-related experience.
• High School Diploma required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Generate offer letters, candidate correspondence, and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting activities among recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars.
• Communicate interview logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Create and maintain job postings.
• Coordinate offer letter distribution and employment contracts.
• Manage background checks, reference checks, security clearances, and other pre-employment activities.
• Collect and track required candidate documentation.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of hiring requirements.
• Assist with new hire record creation and recruitment system updates.
• Maintain accurate information within ATS and HR systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and applicable regulations.
