The candidate will lead sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting initiatives, partnering with hiring leaders to ensure timely, quality hires in AI, robotics, software, and related tech areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience in technology domains.
• Experience hiring for software, AI, robotics, or related tech fields.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipelining capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized technology roles from intake to offer.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and market mapping for hard-to-fill positions.
• Screen candidates against technical requirements and fit.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and calibrate searches.
• Maintain recruiting data in ATS/CRM and produce risk reports.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer delivery.
