Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting across architecture, engineering, and construction. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to coordinate recruiting activities, engage candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will manage candidate flow through all hiring stages, coordinate interviews, postings, and ATS data, while also assisting with onboarding, travel logistics, and campus recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience; experience in AEC is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement, in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates; build pipelines for current and future needs.
