Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting across architecture, engineering, and construction. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to coordinate activities, engage candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will own key recruiting tasks from sourcing to offer, manage interview coordination, ATS updates, and travel logistics while shaping Clayco’s brand in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of AEC markets preferred.
• Ability to source passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates across AEC markets.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage communications.
• Support onboarding, travel arrangements, and campus recruiting events.
