Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our architecture, engineering, and construction teams. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to coordinate recruiting activities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining the ATS, assisting with offers and onboarding, and supporting college recruiting events while representing Clayco’s

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AEC talent markets.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS.
• Willingness to travel for events and campus recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction positions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates across markets.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS and recruiting databases.
• Support onboarding, offers, and college recruiting events.
