Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting across architecture, engineering, and construction. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, engage passive candidates, and help drive college recruiting initiatives. This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience; construction/architecture/engineering background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and ability to source passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring needs.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates across talent markets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Assist with offer process and onboarding activities.
• Develop relationships with candidates and participate in college recruiting events.
