Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting across architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Talent Management team to coordinate activities, engage candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This on-site role offers visibility and opportunities to manage select searches while growing full-cycle recruiting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; experience recruiting within architecture, engineering, construction, or other technical industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction positions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates across AEC markets.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Create and post job descriptions to reach relevant talent pools.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and recruiting databases.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offers.
• Coordinate candidate travel for recruitment events and campus visits.
• Support onboarding and new-hire orientation activities.
• Participate in college recruiting, career fairs, and other events.
