Job summary

Robinhood Roofing Utah is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Utah region from first conversations to day-30 retention. This hybrid role in Orem involves building and managing a local recruiting pipeline, driving outreach, interviewing, and turning candidates into trained, producing reps.

The candidate should excel at relationship-based recruiting, maintain rapid follow-ups, and be motivated by retention metrics. Associate degree preferred, driver’s license required.

• Daily conversations with new prospects and quick follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Own the rep pipeline end-to-end for Utah: outreach, interviews, closing, and onboarding transition
• Drive launch outreach and ensure in-person training completion
• Recruit across multiple channels including referrals, events, and social
• Hand off new reps to training and share day-30 retention data
• Track recruiting metrics and improve performance weekly
• Develop reps into recruiting captains sourcing candidates via networks
