NTY Windows in Saint George, UT is seeking a D2D Sales Recruiter to support hiring for its door-to-door sales team. This full-time, in-person position manages the interview process, assesses readiness, and guides candidates through next steps.

You will conduct 6-10 Zoom interviews daily, maintain accurate notes in the ATS, and coordinate with candidates by phone, text, and email. The role emphasizes thoughtful evaluation beyond rehearsed answers and collaboration with the team to meet hiring

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Move candidates through interview workflow to identify suitable candidates for D2D sales.
• Conduct 6-10 Zoom interviews daily.
• Evaluate communication, resilience, coachability, and readiness for D2D responsibilities.
• Ask targeted questions beyond memorized or rehearsed answers.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and statuses in the ATS.
• Coordinate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Provide clear explanations of next steps and follow-up promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and make informed recruiting recommendations.
