Podium in Utah is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units and partner with company leaders to drive hiring strategy.

You will lead first-in-kind searches, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and iterate recruiting processes. The role requires 4+ years SaaS recruiting, strong executive communication, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders
• Owner mindset; take initiative and drive tasks independently
• Willingness to tackle special projects and learn continuously
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
