Robinhood is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering roles across our Chicago, IL and Menlo Park, CA offices. You will partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, build pipelines, and drive efficient hiring with peers to keep processes moving.

You will collaborate with recruiters and sourcers, using Greenhouse and Gem, plus AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement, with in-person attendance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech roles
• Sourcing passive candidates using outreach and recruiting tools
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide pipeline updates
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from outreach to offer
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using research and sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide progress updates
