Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks a Principal Recruiter to lead recruiting strategy for an assigned portfolio, focusing on account management and client service talent across the United States. You will own search planning, candidate assessment, offers, and pipeline development while collaborating with HRBP and business leaders.

This senior role emphasizes proactive talent mapping, strategic partnering, and process improvements.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years in account management or client service within insurance brokerage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Successful direct sourcing and closing of experienced talent for complex searches.
• Experience building proactive pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Ability to advise leaders and manage competing priorities across decentralized locations.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to maintain records, interpret recruiting data, and suggest improvements.
• Experience coordinating external recruiting partners with clear delivery expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Own recruiting strategy and business partnership for assigned portfolio, prioritizing account management and client service talent.
• Advise leaders on anticipated needs, hiring priorities, and realistic recruiting plans.
• Guide decisions on talent availability, compensation, role requirements, and work arrangements.
• Partner with Producer Recruiting and HRBP to anticipate staffing needs for new producers.
• Lead searches from intake through offer acceptance, including planning, assessment, offers, and closing.
• Develop talent market maps and networks to gauge talent availability for priority roles.
• Build proactive pipelines, track qualifications, interest, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Source talent via referrals, networks, platforms, and databases; engage passive candidates.
• Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and pipeline readiness; adjust approach by market feedback.
• Maintain ATS records and communicate search updates to candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate external recruiting partners with clear expectations for delivery and ownership.
• Coach recruiters and serve as SME on complex searches and program development.
• Partner with TA Leadership to strengthen assessment standards and interview tools.
• Identify delivery barriers and lead improvements to workflows and tooling.
• Collaborate to improve recruiting technology while preserving human judgment.
• Lead TA programs to strengthen attraction and pipelines for future needs.
