Job summary

AT Talent - Rec2Rec is seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to build a high-value US Life Sciences desk. You will work remotely with founder-level exposure, developing new client relationships and a personal brand within the market.

The role blends permanent and contract recruitment, with the freedom to shape a niche and drive growth across the US market. Expect ownership, autonomy and strong earning potential through a competitive commission structure.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years recruitment experience with a proven track record in winning business
• Life Sciences experience in Pharma/Biotech is advantageous
• US recruitment experience valuable but not essential
• Able to build a market, win clients and operate autonomously

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across the US Life Sciences market
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships
• Identify and develop a specialist recruitment niche
• Win new accounts and generate job opportunities
• Manage permanent and/or contract recruitment processes
• Build long-term candidate relationships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Use LinkedIn, telephone, email, networking and other BD channels
• Develop a personal brand within the market
• Work with the founder on business development strategy
• Contribute ideas to the growth of the business
• Focus on client development and revenue generation
