Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks an accomplished Senior VP to lead the national Property & Casualty practice. This remote, exempt role partners with agency, regional, retail, carrier, and enterprise leadership to drive strategy, standards, and growth across the national footprint.

You will shape industry verticals, optimize client retention, and strengthen carrier relationships while building leadership pipelines and resource networks to scale the practice.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience, with the majority in retail brokerage.
• 7+ years leading producers, account teams, or P&C organizations across multiple offices, agencies, or regions.
• Proven success growing organic P&C revenue and improving retention.
• Experience building an industry vertical or specialty practice from early stages.
• Deep technical expertise across middle-market and complex-risk P&C.
• Strong credibility with sophisticated clients, producers, agency leaders, and carrier executives.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed or multi-agency environment.
• Understanding of P&C performance metrics: growth, retention, new vs lost business, productivity.
• Experience developing carrier and market strategies and senior-level carrier relationships.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain licenses in required states.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national Property & Casualty practice and set strategy, standards, and growth targets.
• Develop and prioritize national industry verticals and support models.
• Collaborate with retail, regional, and agency leaders to improve growth and retention.
• Establish national standards for account planning, renewal strategy, and market submissions.
• Strengthen relationships with carriers and program partners to improve market access.
• Develop specialist resources and leadership pipelines for P&C capabilities.
• Lead complex pursuits and pursue strategic growth with sales leadership.
• Create enterprise visibility around key performance indicators.
