This senior contributor will build proactive pipelines, advise leaders on tradeoffs, and lead searches from intake through offer, while coordinating external partners to strengthen Talent Acquisition across regions and ensure high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in account management or client service within insurance brokerage.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to source and close talent for complex or difficult-to-fill searches.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting strategy and delivery for assigned portfolio.
• Lead searches from intake through offer, including planning and closing.
• Advise leaders on needs, compensation, role requirements, and work arrangements.
• Build talent market maps and pipelines for priority roles.
• Maintain ATS records and provide updates to teams.
• Coordinate external recruiting partners and ensure delivery.
