• Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall recruiting strategy for the organization.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop pipelines and measure recruiting metrics.
• Improve processes to increase candidate quality and efficiency.
