Xcel Energy is seeking a Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level Operations roles across the organization. You will act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business needs and market conditions.

You will proactively source, engage, and cultivate diverse talent pipelines while marketing Xcel Energy as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field is required.
• 3–10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, with direct sourcing.
• Experience partnering with leaders to define talent needs and implement plans.
• Knowledge of EEO and affirmative action principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Consult with hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide guidance on market trends, compensation considerations, and hiring processes.
