DocuSign is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to shape the Sales hiring funnel and act as a strategic talent advisor. You will lead the full lifecycle for high-impact Sales roles, partnering with leadership and stakeholders to attract, assess, and close top talent.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience successfully hiring quota-carrying sales professionals and understanding sales compensation structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to map talent and influence headcount planning.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles (AE, SE, leadership) from discovery to offers.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and diversity slate.
• Build diverse talent benches through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the DocuSign brand.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Legal, and Immigration on offers.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen DocuSign's sales value proposition.
