Job summary

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, partnered with Salesforce to support their North American Sales and Distribution organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Distribution roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through offer.

This is a six-month hybrid contract paying $58/hr (W-2), with three days onsite at a Salesforce hub in SF, NY, CHI, or ATL.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Sales and/or Distribution.
• End-to-end ownership of recruiting processes.
• Strong negotiation skills to close senior candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• On-site three days per week at a Salesforce hub.

Responsibilities

• Run screening calls and advance candidates through the interview process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manager intake meetings.
• Coordinate with sourcing partners to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities.
• Provide market intelligence to hiring managers.
