Job summary

JOB MOBZ is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter supporting Salesforce's Sales and Distribution organization in Chicago. This is a six-month hybrid contract with a compensation of $58.00/hr.

The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales and Distribution roles and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. This role requires a proven track record in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on Sales and/or Distribution roles.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close candidates at senior levels.
• Experience influencing senior hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Distribution roles.
• Run screening calls and prep candidates for interviews.
• Build and maintain talent communities and manage stakeholder relationships.
