Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, has partnered with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent supporting their North American Sales and Go-To-Market organization. Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite; Contract for 6 months; Compensation: $58.00/hr (W-2).

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, building pipelines via direct-sourcing, and partnering with Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales, GTM, or commercial role hiring.
• Proven track record in fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environments.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at Salesforce hubs (San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta).
• Strong passive candidate sourcing skills with success recruiting from direct competitors.
• Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets; ability to articulate Salesforce value to candidates.
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles, owning the candidate journey from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to build a pipeline of passive candidates.
• Partner with Sales leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and commercial fit.
• Track progress using ATS and coordinate across collaboration tools throughout the interview cycle.
• Deliver results in a high-volume, high-velocity environment and move requisitions on deadlines.
