Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR). You will lead full-cycle recruitment for OVPR staff, build proactive talent pipelines, and advise hiring leaders on market conditions and strategy in a high-volume initiative.

You will collaborate with OVPR leadership and CMU Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless, equitable candidate experience while leveraging Workday metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record in proactive sourcing and specialized searches.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for OVPR staff roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing for niche positions.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions and recruitment strategy.
