Job summary

UES is seeking an experienced recruiter to support our Southeast Region growth in Knoxville, TN. You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, build pipelines, and partner with regional leadership to align talent strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing via multiple channels, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing, and sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from sourcing to offer management.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles across geographies.
• Provide a professional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
