Job summary

UES is seeking an experienced recruiter to support our Southeast Region. You will partner with regional leadership to plan workforce needs, execute full-cycle recruiting, and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines and geographies. Travel may be required to hiring events and meetings.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in recruiting, solid knowledge of ATS tools, and a commitment to a positive candidate experience. High school diploma required; degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; travel may be required.

Travel Requirements

This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 20%, primarily for occasional off‑site meetings, training sessions, or company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs.

• Work is conducted using a computer, phone, and virtual collaboration tools, with regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Employees are expected to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting that may involve virtual meetings, deadlines, and independent work.
