Job summary

ResultsCX in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Talent Scout to manage the high-volume recruitment process from interview to offer. This centralized regional role supports multiple regions, handles candidate screening, assessments, and offers within established guidelines.

You will interview, document in the ATS, ensure candidate thresholds are met, extend verbal and written offers, and collaborate with internal partners to hire top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma is required.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment with interview, assessment, and closing.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in centralized, national/regional staffing models.
• Team player with inclusive mindset and collaboration.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and data accuracy.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization under urgency.
• Strong PC skills (Word and Excel).
• Self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate pre-screening questions, applications, assessment results prior to interviewing candidates.
• Interview candidates and document information in the ATS.
• Assess candidates to ensure they meet minimum qualifications and thresholds for verbal offers.
• Create and extend offers to candidates using the ATS.
• Demonstrate relationship and strong communication with internal contacts and diverse candidate pool.
• Ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
