Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive, service-oriented approach.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-volume roles across disciplines and geographies.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, talent databases, networking events, and referrals.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador for the organization.
