As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, act as a brand ambassador for clients, mentor recruiters, and deliver consultative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated successes.
• Workday experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Recruitment experience in R&D Pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers, providing market data and recommendations to shape position specifications.
• Develop and manage innovative recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver strong talent slates while building robust pipelines for future needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market insights and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team.
