Job summary

Cielo is hiring a Recruiter in Atlanta, GA to deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and providing proactive communication on search progress.

As a talent acquisition expert, you will collaborate with hiring leaders, lead intake meetings, build pipelines, and help determine offers using market data and compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Experience in Recruiting HR Functions and Operations roles in Healthcare and Hospital settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
